We’re hiring a skilled Salesforce CPQ Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with solution architects, sales operations teams, and developers to build scalable CPQ solutions that streamline quoting processes and improve sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet complex pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.
•  Translate business requirements into scalable CPQ architecture, including product configuration rules, pricing models, and quote templates.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components when required.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with third-party systems such as ERP, billing, or eSignature platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CPQ configurations, performance issues, and user support queries.
• Ensure best practices for CPQ implementation including version control, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ data model (Product, Price Rules, Quote, Contract, etc.).
• Proficient in configuration of CPQ objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs for customizations and integrations.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash lifecycle and business processes.
• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating CPQ with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with DocuSign, Conga, or other document generation tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or ClickUp.
• Understanding of revenue recognition, discounting strategies, and subscription billing is a plus.
