Accessibility Statement

5 October 2026
Accessibility information and feedback

Infinity Technologies is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of infinitytechnologies.pro and www.infinitytechnologies.pro (the “Website”) for people with disabilities and for users who rely on assistive technologies.

The Website is operated by Terrapps Limited, trading as Infinity Technologies. Terrapps Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15099631, with registered office at 101 King's Cross Road, London, England, WC1X 9LP, United Kingdom.

1. Our accessibility objective

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference framework when designing, reviewing and improving the Website.

This Statement is not a formal claim that every page, component, document or third-party service on the Website currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion. Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly as the Website and its content continue to change.

2. Measures we aim to apply

When designing and maintaining the Website, we seek to improve accessibility through measures such as:

  • using clear headings and logical content structure;
  • maintaining consistent navigation and interaction patterns;
  • supporting responsive layouts across desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
  • using readable typography and sufficient visual contrast where practical;
  • providing meaningful text alternatives for informative images where appropriate;
  • avoiding reliance on colour alone to communicate important information;
  • supporting keyboard interaction for interactive controls where reasonably possible;
  • providing visible focus states for keyboard users;
  • using descriptive link and button labels where practical;
  • allowing text to reflow and remain usable when zoomed or displayed on smaller screens;
  • reducing unnecessary motion and respecting platform accessibility preferences where supported; and
  • reviewing new components and major Website changes with accessibility in mind.

3. Current limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website may not yet provide an equally accessible experience for every user or assistive technology.

Potential limitations can include:

  • legacy documents and PDFs that were originally created without full accessibility tagging or structured reading order;
  • third-party content and widgets, such as external review, verification or embedded services, whose accessibility is partly controlled by the relevant third-party provider;
  • complex diagrams, animations or interactive visualisations that may be more difficult to interpret using some assistive technologies;
  • older images or content where alternative text or semantic structure may require further review; and
  • occasional issues introduced when content, design components or external services are updated.

Identified material accessibility barriers are considered as part of ongoing Website review and improvement.

4. Documents and alternative formats

Some downloadable documents on the Website may have been created before our current accessibility approach and may not be fully optimised for screen readers or other assistive technologies.

Where a document is also available as an HTML page in our Documents section, we recommend using the HTML version where it provides a more accessible reading experience.

If you need information from the Website or a document in an alternative format, please contact us so that we can consider a reasonable alternative appropriate to the request.

5. Third-party services

The Website may link to or load services operated by third parties. We cannot control every accessibility feature of an independent third-party website, widget or platform.

Where a third-party feature creates a material accessibility barrier, please let us know. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide an alternative route to the relevant information or function and consider the accessibility of third-party services when reviewing our Website.

6. Feedback and accessibility requests

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Website.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, cannot access information, or need content in a different format, please email info@infinitytechnologies.pro.

It is helpful if your message includes:

  • the page or document you were trying to use;
  • a short description of the accessibility problem;
  • the browser, device or assistive technology involved, if relevant; and
  • the format or alternative you need, if you are requesting one.

Accessibility requests are reviewed based on their nature, complexity and the information available to us.

7. Ongoing review

Accessibility is considered as part of our continuing Website development rather than as a one-time exercise. We may review accessibility when:

  • major navigation or design components change;
  • new interactive functionality is introduced;
  • new document formats or media are added;
  • we receive accessibility feedback; or
  • relevant accessibility standards or legal requirements change.

Where appropriate, we may use a combination of automated checks, manual review and user feedback. Automated testing alone cannot establish full accessibility conformance.

8. Accessibility standard

WCAG 2.2 is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative and organises accessibility requirements around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

Our reference framework includes Level AA criteria. We do not display a WCAG conformance claim or logo unless we have sufficient evidence to support that claim for the relevant scope.
