Ownership of website content

This Copyright Notice explains the ownership and permitted use of content published on infinitytechnologies.pro, www.infinitytechnologies.pro and related pages operated as part of that website (the “Site”).

The Site is operated by Terrapps Limited, trading as Infinity Technologies. Terrapps Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15099631, with registered office at 101 King's Cross Road, London, England, WC1X 9LP, United Kingdom.

1. Copyright ownership

Except where otherwise stated, copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the Site and its original content are owned by or licensed to Terrapps Limited, relevant Infinity Technologies affiliated entities, or other identified rights holders.

This can include, where applicable, text, articles, graphics, illustrations, photographs, diagrams, animations, video, visual design, page layouts, software, source code, documentation, downloadable materials, case-study content and other original materials published on the Site.

The copyright notice for the Site does not mean that Terrapps Limited owns third-party materials merely because they appear on, are embedded in, or are linked from the Site. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.

2. Permitted use of Site content

You may access and view publicly available Site content for lawful personal, informational and internal business purposes.

Unless a specific page, document or licence states otherwise, you may also make reasonable temporary or internal copies that are necessary for normal browsing, evaluation, reference or record-keeping, provided that you:

do not present the content as your own work;

Nothing in this Notice restricts any use that applicable law expressly permits without the rights holder's permission, including applicable copyright exceptions or limitations.

3. Uses requiring permission

Unless permitted by law or by a separate written licence, you must obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before you:

republish substantial Site content on another website, publication, database or commercial platform;
sell, license, syndicate or commercially distribute Site content;
create and distribute a materially adapted or derivative version of protected Site content;
use photographs, illustrations, diagrams, video or other protected media outside the context in which they are provided;

4. Infinity Technologies brand and trademarks

Copyright and trademark rights are separate. The name Infinity Technologies, associated logos, product or service names, framework names and other brand identifiers may be protected by trademark, passing-off, unfair-competition or other applicable laws.

No licence to use any Infinity Technologies trademark, logo or brand identity is granted merely because it appears on the Site.

You must not use Infinity Technologies branding in a manner that is misleading, confusing, defamatory or likely to suggest sponsorship, approval, affiliation or certification where none exists.

5. Third-party and licensed materials

The Site may include or link to materials owned by third parties, including photographs, icons, fonts, software libraries, review-platform content, embedded services, public documents and other licensed or externally sourced materials.

Those materials remain subject to the applicable third-party licence, terms or rights. This Copyright Notice does not override a separate licence that applies to a particular third-party work.

Where open-source software or other content is distributed under a specific public licence, the terms of that licence govern use of that material.

6. Customer, partner and case-study materials

References to customers, partners, projects, products, screenshots, logos or other third-party materials may be included for informational, portfolio, reporting or illustrative purposes where we believe we have an appropriate basis to do so.

Rights in third-party names, marks and materials remain with their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer ownership to Terrapps Limited or imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

7. User submissions and feedback

Submitting information through the Site does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or intellectual property to us merely because it has been submitted.

General feedback and suggestions are governed by the relevant provisions of our Terms of Use. Personal data contained in a submission is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Copyright complaints

To help us review the matter efficiently, please provide:

identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
the URL or a sufficiently precise description of the material on the Site;
an explanation of your rights in the work or your authority to act for the rights holder;
your contact details; and
any information reasonably necessary for us to assess the complaint.

We may request additional information where needed. If we conclude that material should be removed, restricted, credited or otherwise changed, we will take reasonable action appropriate to the circumstances.

9. No transfer of intellectual-property rights

Except for the limited permissions expressly stated in this Notice, use of the Site does not transfer or assign any copyright, trademark, patent, design right, database right, trade secret or other intellectual-property right to you.

Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by the relevant rights holder.

10. Relationship with other Site terms

This Copyright Notice should be read together with our Terms of Use. If a specific asset, document, software component or other material is accompanied by separate licence terms, those specific terms govern that material to the extent of any inconsistency.
