These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of infinitytechnologies.pro, www.infinitytechnologies.pro and pages operated as part of that website (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent they are legally applicable to you. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Site.

They do not replace or amend any master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, employment or contractor agreement, non-disclosure agreement, order form or other written agreement entered into with Terrapps Limited or another Infinity Technologies affiliated entity. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement governing the relevant relationship takes priority.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that is automatically accepted merely because you submit an enquiry or contact us. Any commercial engagement is subject to separate agreement.
