Cookie Policy

How we use cookies on the site

This Cookie Policy explains how Terrapps Limited, trading as Infinity Technologies, uses cookies and similar technologies on infinitytechnologies.pro and www.infinitytechnologies.pro (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Infinity Technologies is a trading brand operated principally by Terrapps Limited together with affiliated entities supporting the Infinity Technologies business. Terrapps Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15099631, with registered office at 101 King's Cross Road, London, England, WC1X 9LP, United Kingdom.

For the Website and the cookie choices described in this Policy, Terrapps Limited is the controller unless we expressly identify another entity for a specific activity.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your browser or device. Websites can also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, tags and scripts to store or access information, remember settings, provide functionality, protect the Website, or measure how it is used.

Some technologies are set directly by the Website (“first-party” technologies). Others are provided by external services (“third-party” technologies). A third-party request can also disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information to the relevant provider even where no traditional cookie is set.

3. How our cookie controls work

Our Website uses a cookie preference mechanism with three categories: Strictly Necessary, Functional and Analytics.

  • Strictly Necessary technologies are used for core Website operation, security and storing your consent choice. They cannot be switched off through our preference tool.
  • Functional technologies support optional third-party review or similar functionality.
  • Analytics technologies help us understand Website traffic and performance.

Optional Functional and Analytics technologies are configured not to activate merely because a page loads. They activate only after you confirm an appropriate choice through the consent interface, for example by selecting Accept all or saving your preferences.

Functional and Analytics categories are switched off by default. Optional technologies remain disabled unless you actively enable the relevant category or select Accept all.

You can reject optional technologies, choose categories individually, and change your decision later using the Cookie Preferences link in the Website footer.

4. Strictly Necessary technologies

These technologies are required for functions we consider necessary to operate and protect the Website or to remember your privacy choice.

Webflow and Website security servicesHosting, page delivery, form operation, security, abuse prevention and other core Website functions. The exact technical identifiers can vary as the platform changes.Varies according to the necessary function

Security or anti-abuse services used with forms may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request metadata where necessary to protect the Website and its forms.

5. Functional technologies

Functional services are optional. They provide third-party review or similar functionality and are configured to load only after you confirm the Functional category.

ServicePurpose
ClutchDisplays third-party company review and rating content.

These third parties can receive technical information when their resources load. Their own privacy and cookie practices may also apply to information they process independently.

6. Analytics technologies

Analytics help us understand how the Website is used and how content and performance can be improved. Analytics technologies are configured as optional and are activated only after you confirm the Analytics category.

ServicePurpose
Ahrefs Web AnalyticsProvides aggregated information about Website traffic and performance, such as visits, pages viewed, referral information and general technical characteristics of visits.

Ahrefs describes its Web Analytics service as operating without traditional cookies or persistent visitor identifiers by default. However, its service can still process technical request information. For that reason, we treat it transparently as an Analytics service and subject it to the Website's Analytics preference.

If we introduce additional analytics services, including Google Analytics or similar tools, we will update our implementation and this Policy as appropriate before relying on them in production.

7. Advertising and marketing technologies

We do not currently maintain a separate Advertising or Marketing category in our Website cookie preference tool. We do not describe Google Ads, remarketing, advertising-personalisation cookies or similar technologies as currently active unless and until they are actually introduced and appropriately configured.

If the Website begins using advertising or marketing technologies that require additional choices or disclosures, we will update the preference tool and this Policy.

8. How to change or withdraw your choices

You can reopen the consent interface at any time using Cookie Preferences in the Website footer. From there you can accept optional categories, reject them or change a previous selection.

Changing or withdrawing a choice does not affect processing that was lawful before the change. Where an optional category is disabled, we stop intentionally loading the scripts assigned to that category. We also use available technical controls to clear relevant cookies where appropriate, but third-party technologies and browser behaviour can affect what remains on your device.

9. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and site data. Browser-level settings operate independently from our Website preference tool and may affect both necessary and optional functionality.

Blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the Website from functioning correctly. Browser privacy features, content blockers and extensions can also suppress cookie banners or block third-party scripts independently of the choices stored by our Website.

10. Data processing and international transfers

Cookies and similar technologies can involve processing of personal data, including technical identifiers and device or usage information. The purposes, lawful bases, recipients, international-transfer safeguards and your privacy rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, the applicable controller is responsible for using an appropriate mechanism.

11. How long we keep cookie-related information

A cookie's lifetime is not necessarily the same as the retention period for information processed by a service provider. The first-party consent preference cookie used by this Website (it_consent) is currently configured for 182 days.

Other necessary technologies may be session-based or have different lifetimes. Analytics or service-provider retention is governed by the configuration and purpose of the relevant service and is reviewed separately from browser-cookie expiry.

12. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the Website, our service providers, consent configuration or legal requirements change. The date shown with this document indicates the current version.

When we add a material new optional technology, we will update the relevant information and consent controls where required.
