About the Project
We are looking for an Angular Developer to join a team building an insurance claims and policy administration platform. The product supports claim intake, document review, workflow approvals, policy updates, task queues, and reporting for internal operations teams.
The frontend is built with Angular 17+, TypeScript, RxJS, Angular Material, typed reactive forms, and a modular feature structure. The role requires active communication with international product owners, backend engineers, QA, and business stakeholders, so confident spoken English is essential.
What You Will Do
- Develop Angular features for claims workflows, policy management screens, task queues, and admin tools.
- Build typed reactive forms with complex validation, conditional sections, and server-side error mapping.
- Work with RxJS streams, state handling, API integration, and component-level performance optimisation.
- Implement role-based UI behaviour and secure interaction with backend APIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver accessible and consistent enterprise interfaces.
- Write unit tests for components, services, guards, pipes, and critical business flows.
- Support technical refactoring and migration toward modern Angular patterns such as standalone components.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial frontend experience with strong Angular expertise.
- Experience with Angular 15+; Angular 17+ is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, reactive forms, routing, guards, interceptors, and modules/standalone components.
- Experience building enterprise web applications with complex forms and data-heavy workflows.
- Understanding of REST API integration, authentication, validation, error handling, and loading states.
- Experience with unit testing using Jasmine/Karma, Jest, or similar tools.
- Strong spoken English - B2+ or higher for direct communication with international stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NgRx, Component Store, Akita, or other Angular state management tools.
- Experience with Angular Material, Tailwind, or enterprise design systems.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress for E2E tests.
- Background in insurance, fintech, healthcare, legal tech, or enterprise workflow systems.
