About the Project
We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to work on a B2B SaaS operations platform used by customers and internal teams to manage requests, approvals, reporting, notifications, and integrations with external systems. The product is already in production and is moving from feature delivery toward stronger product discovery and measurable outcomes.
The role requires close collaboration with international customers, business stakeholders, engineering, QA, design, and delivery teams. Strong spoken English is essential because the position includes discovery calls, roadmap discussions, backlog refinement, demos, and decision-making conversations.
What You Will Do
- Own and prioritise the product backlog for selected product areas and customer-facing workflows.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Run discovery activities, stakeholder interviews, feedback analysis, and validation of problem statements.
- Work with UX/UI designers on user flows, prototypes, usability improvements, and feature scope.
- Collaborate with engineering to balance user value, technical complexity, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Define success metrics for features and monitor adoption, usage, operational impact, and customer feedback.
- Lead refinement sessions, demos, release planning, and communication around priorities and trade-offs.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or strong Business Analyst with product ownership responsibilities.
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, workflow platforms, client portals, admin tools, or operational software.
- Strong understanding of backlog management, discovery, prioritisation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work with technical teams on APIs, integrations, data flows, roles, permissions, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, analytics tools, or similar product collaboration tools.
- Ability to make pragmatic product decisions in a delivery-focused environment.
- Strong spoken English - B2+ or higher for client-facing and stakeholder-facing communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with product metrics, funnels, retention, adoption, or operational KPIs.
- Experience in fintech, logistics, healthcare, insurance, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with integrations, reporting modules, notification flows, or role-based platforms.
- Experience working in outsourcing, product development, or distributed international teams.
