About the Project
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join a team working on a B2B SaaS platform with web dashboards, customer portals, internal admin tools, API integrations, notifications, and reporting workflows. The product is actively used in production, so quality, regression coverage, and clear issue reporting are important.
The QA workflow includes Jira, TestRail or similar test management tools, Postman, basic SQL checks, browser DevTools, logs, and close collaboration with product, backend, frontend, and automation QA engineers. The role requires strong spoken English for daily communication with international teams.
What You Will Do
- Test web applications, admin panels, user workflows, API-driven features, and cross-browser behaviour.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, regression suites, and release testing documentation.
- Validate business logic for roles, permissions, forms, notifications, reports, and integration scenarios.
- Use Postman or similar tools to check API responses, errors, authentication, and edge cases.
- Perform basic SQL checks to validate data consistency where needed.
- Report defects clearly with reproducible steps, screenshots, logs, expected results, and business impact.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners during refinement, acceptance criteria review, and release validation.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial experience in manual software testing.
- Experience testing web applications, SaaS platforms, admin panels, or client portals.
- Good understanding of test design techniques, regression testing, exploratory testing, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira and test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, or similar.
- Practical experience with Postman or API testing basics.
- Ability to use browser DevTools, read logs, and perform basic SQL queries.
- Strong spoken English - B2+ or higher for communicating issues, risks, and clarifications with international teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or workflow platforms.
- Basic understanding of automated testing and CI/CD processes.
- Experience testing file uploads, document workflows, payments, notifications, or reporting modules.
- Experience with accessibility or usability testing.
